How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Nationalathletes Mold Help wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Nationalathletes Mold Help
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that is unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service.
First, raise the issue with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Next, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Nationalathletes Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes. We also cannot issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@nationalathletes.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you would like from us
After You Send It
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help as well.
